How do I reset my password?

If you ever forget your password and can't log in, you can request a password reset email.

1. Visit the Website
   • Open your browser of choice on your computer or mobile device and go to bettermynd.com.
2. Locate and Click the Login Button

   • 

     On the homepage, look for a button that says "Login" This is located at the top right corner of the page. Click the button to initiate the login process.

3. Provide Your Email
   • You will be directed to a login form you will be asked to enter in your email. Then select “Login”. You will then be taken to a page where you can enter your password.
4. Select Forgot Your Password?
   • Under the box to enter your password, you will see a button that says, “Forgot your Password?” Select that text to continue the process.

5. Provide Your Email
   • You will be directed to enter the email that you used to register your account to reset your password. Click the Submit button.
6. Follow the instructions in your email
   • After submitting your email, you will receive an email from BetterMynd asking you to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. This step is important to ensure the security/access of your account.
   • Make sure to check your junk/spam if you haven’t received the email within a few minutes.
