I never received my verification email. What do I do?
When registering for a BetterMynd account, you must verify your email address. If you don't receive a verification email within a few minutes, please take these steps:
- Check your junk/spam folder.
- Login again to resend the email
- If you received the email but didn’t register within 24 hours, please attempt to log in again by visiting bettermynd.com and selecting the login button. This will then trigger an email to be sent to your account.
