I have to pay for a session but I have credits. What do I do?

  1. Log in to your account
    • Go to bettermynd.com and click the Login button in the top right corner.
    • Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.
  2. Select your name at the top right
    • This will open a menu of options related to your account.
    • Select Payments
  3. Find the charge listed as "Not Paid" and select the Pay button.
  4. Under the payment type dropdown, choose Use Credits
  5. Choose the Use Credits button
