How do I request more credits?
- Log in to your account
- Go to bettermynd.com and click the Login button in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.
- Look for your campus' credit policy
- At the bottom right of the page you will see your organization’s credit policy. This will explain how many credits you start with and their process for getting more credits.
- Contact your campus to request additional credits, or follow the process outlined.
Your institution is responsible for providing credits, and BetterMynd is not able to assign you additional credits on their behalf. All requests will need to go directly to your campus.
