I never received a link to join my session. What do I do?
BetterMynd does not email a link to join sessions. Your join link will appear in your BetterMynd dashboard 15 minutes before your session is due to begin.
If you are signed up for reminders, you will get an email (or text) with a button that will log you in before your session.
To access your session, login at bettermynd.com and scroll down to the "Join Session" button in the middle of the page.
If you do not see the Join Session button and it is within 15 minutes of your session start time, try these troubleshooting methods:
- Refresh the page
- Check your computer's system settings to ensure the time zone matches your current time zone. If you have traveled recently, the computer system will sometimes reset to the local area.
